The new shares have been placed at CHF 3.00 per share, corresponding to a 2.5 % discount to the average closing share price during the 30 preceding trading days and a premium of 14.0% to the 60 trading days average closing share price prior to today. The new shares, with a par value of CHF 0.10 each, will be issued from the Company’s authorized share capital and will represent 9.27 % of the outstanding share capital after the transaction. The 9,400,000 new shares will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and their first day of trading will be on or around 7 October 2014.
