ZURICH, SWITZERLAND--Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN), the company creating and connecting communities across mobile and TV, today announced that it will propose Mr Mauro Saladini (Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Kudelski Group) as a new non-executive member of Myriad’s Board of Directors, and subsequent election at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 15 August 2013.
In addition it also announced that Richard Francis will step down from his current position on the Myriad Board but continue as Myriad’s Chief Financial Officer.

Since February 2003, Mauro Saladini acts as Executive Vice President, Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of the Kudelski Group. From 1997 to 2003 he served first as a consultant and from 2001 as a partner of McKinsey & Co, where he was engaged on a wide range of management topics, focusing on corporate finance and strategy, in several sectors, including high-tech, telecom, media and financial services. Prior to this position, he worked in the Financial Services unit of Accenture and then set-up the Zurich branch of Thema Consulting.
Mauro Saladini holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) as well as an MBA from INSEAD, France.
